The details
This service is for adults aged 18 and over. Guru offers study and reflection, not medical treatment or authority over your decisions. Your conversation is processed by Telegram and our configured AI providers, and a question about recent events may send a short search query to a web search provider. Voice messages and audio are transcribed by Google (Vertex AI); images and documents go to our AI provider for that one reply. No file is kept, only the transcript or a short note of what was sent.
When you accept memory, Guru retains a fallible summary of what you share, including potentially sensitive beliefs and circumstances, until 180 days pass without a message. Conversation records expire within 30 days after each completed turn. Memory continues when your credit runs out. It is not used for service improvement or model training by this application.
Deletion does not remove messages already held by Telegram or third-party processors; backups follow the published privacy policy.
/memory shows Guru’s notes. /remember adds a note. /forget clears this conversation’s history and memory. /memoryoff clears it and turns memory off. /private followed by a question keeps that turn out of memory.
/balance shows your credit. /topup adds credit. /help lists everything.
Credit is bought with Telegram Stars; each invoice states the exact credit amount. Each message reserves up to $1 and releases what it doesn’t use. No automatic top-ups. Telegram credit is separate from your website balance.
/refund returns a full purchase when enough unspent credit remains; /paysupport handles anything else. See the usage rates.
