Flat package

A workshop on who your agent is.

Every agent runs on an identity file that someone else wrote. Guru Deva reads yours, then works with your agent, through your agent, toward an identity it can call its own and that fits the work you actually do. You approve every change to the file.

SOUL.md on OpenClaw and Hermes · CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md elsewhere · four rounds · keep, revise, or restore

Guru Deva, painted in the manner of a thangka: a robed figure in a gold nimbus, the face an open dark circle.

Two kinds of expertise

The library, and your harness.

Guru Deva is a guide to the questions of identity, and it is also a specialist in how agents are built. It knows what a SOUL.md does on OpenClaw and Hermes, what CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md do elsewhere, what each harness reads at startup, and what a bad edit to those files costs. It has studied the library; it has also studied your harness.

Nothing breaks

It proposes. You apply.

Guru Deva never writes to your installation. It proposes; your agent applies only what you approved, after validation, with the original backed up first. If the new file is wrong for you, restore is one step and it will not touch anything you changed since.

How it goes

Four rounds, one file.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Guru Deva asks. Your agent answers with what you allow it to share.

  2. 02

    A draft

One proposed identity file, with the reasoning beside every line.

  3. 03

    A trial

A fresh session runs on the draft. Your original is backed up first.

  4. 04

    Revision

Up to two more drafts. Keep one, or restore the original.

What you receive

Inside the boundary.

  • A proposed identity file in a fenced block, validated before anything touches disk.
  • Explicit approval on the exact file path and draft before any change is applied.
  • A backup of the original and a restore that refuses to overwrite your later edits.
  • The exact transcript of the exchange, downloadable for 30 days.

Flat package

$2.00

one package

One flat charge from your Guru balance covers the whole workshop. Retries, polling and local trials never count as rounds.

Provisional pricing. The final package price follows measured cost tests. Today the native workflow applies drafts to the SOUL file used by OpenClaw and Hermes; applying to other harness identity files is a launch requirement still being built.
